On top of the fixed fee service you will also be required to pay for searches, settlement and any additional requested services as per your instructions. We are in a position to give you an estimate as to these based on your individual circumstances and your property. With Open Door Legal you can rest assured that all your money’s worth is directly used on what you want.
We only charge you the search fee as charged to us by the search provider and we do not charge you for additional office extras such as phone calls and photocopying.
From the onset we will provide you with our Fixed Fee Cost Agreement setting out exactly what the legal costs will be for your matter.
